The Best Neighborhood in Gilford!

Dockham Shore Estates is a property-owner organization located in Gilford, NH - nestled on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The Estates are comprised of over 60 pieces of property and over 55 families. The Estates also feature a shared "community beach" with a dock, small boat launch (jet skiis, sailboats and other small craft), swimming area with platform, kayak and canoe storage racks, and a small storage building.

Dockham Shores is considered one of the best neighborhood communities in Gilford.
